Anyone can call themselves a coach, so we don't take their word for it. Every coach's legal identity is checked by our payment partner when they set up payouts, before they can list. Every coach then starts labelled New Coach until they complete 5 sessions with no serious disputes, and scamming, predatory or grooming conduct is a permanent ban at any stage.

Frequently asked questions
Automatically, per session. Once a session's 72-hour hold clears, the payout goes out on its own, with no batching and nothing to request. Funds land in your account within a few business days after that.
Cancel at least 1 hour before your session for a full refund. If you cancel inside that hour, or don't show within the 15-minute grace window, the payment is split 50/50 between you and your coach. A repeated pattern of late cancellations or no-shows gets flagged and can lead to suspension.
You get a full refund. A first no-show carries no other consequence for the coach, but a repeat pattern gets a warning, then suspension.
Either you or your coach can report a no-show. If a report isn't confirmed within 24 hours, it resolves automatically as a refund.
Yes. Harbourly is fully non-exclusive. Keep listing on Metafy, Fiverr, your own Discord or anywhere else, and import your reviews from those platforms onto your Harbourly profile.
Coaches set their own price, with a floor of S$10 per session. Rates can vary by session length or type and can be changed anytime, but a coach can't raise the price on a session that's already booked.
